As I like to say, "I'm not from Venice, but I got here as quickly as I could!" Like many in this part of Florida, I'm a transplant - having grown up in New York and New Jersey, spent time in North Carolina, Texas, and most recently, Atlanta, GA. When it came time to move to the beach, my wife and I spent several years exploring the Florida Gulf Coast, from Pensacola to Naples. We fell in love with Venice and the surrounding area; the scenery, the weather, and - most importantly - the people. Whether it's a "forever home" or just part-time/seasonal rental, I'd love to help you find everything there is to love here, too!

My wife and I had a great experience working with Fred for a home in in-town Atlanta. Fred was extremely patient and responsive during what ended up being a 4 month process (we started at the end of the year, so holidays and home availability were a big issue at first). We looked at dozens of homes with Fred, making offers on two homes before our offer on our third home was accepted.
Fred is extremely knowledgeable about the area and was able to point us to neighborhoods that we really weren't initially considering and are really glad to have checked out. This gave us hope after the initial selection during a relatively quiet holiday season was exhausted and we were beginning to wonder if we were going to be able to make it happen. We ended up with a home that we love and are so happy that we were patient enough to find.
Fred's two biggest strengths are his familiarity with the area and his responsiveness to emails, text, and phone calls. We never felt as though we were a low priority to Fred, and he's continued to keep in touch in the weeks after the closing.
